What happened: First of all not satisfied with your service as a first timer purchasing through Amazon I recieved correspondence from you this afternoon now you set time was till the *th of June why is a product after a week paid still sitting God knows where unacceptable if you are providing customer then provide proper service here I am seeing in the email may be late what does that mean not kool here I am peeved as a company you must understand that money once ordered is remove a person account cannot will not be shopping with you as a first timer here very unprofessional does not leave a good impression here for me I mean you set the parameter for when you will deliver the item and you cant even follow through why am I paying for a service that is not efficient here we waited on this watch since friday you all have to do better here one customer loss is too much what the sense shopping with you guys if you can even meet the set time for delivery if this item is not delivered by wed I will have to cancel this I will not be doing business with you guys

What happened: I've been trying all day to report a fraudulent purchase that someone made using my credit card. I was hoping to stop it before it was shipped out. I had already reported it to the bank. The chat feature said that I had to call for this issue. So, I did & was on hold ** min...once connected, she acted like she couldn't hear me & hung up. Called right back...on hold for an hour before choosing the option to let them call me back. They did (* additional hours later). I answered immediately & before I could even finish saying hello, they hung up. As I'm writing this, I've been on hold for ** min. This time, I didn't even get the option again for someone to call me back. I was hoping to find out the name, email used or at the very least, city & state of the delivery. I just wanted to ensure that it wasn't anyone I knew who may have been trying to steal from me & have that money released back to my bank account. Thank you.

What happened: Called to figure out why one of my items never arrived and the other item which was a Burberry jacket size medium arrived but the item is bigger than my entire body and if I was put on it cover pass my knee caps this is a gimmick when I called in to retify the issue I spoke with a lady named shamilia i sat on the phone for over a hour to be disrespected yes I was frustrated and did curse about the situation but never cursed at her personally she said if u think your going to curse on the phone you won’t get anything done anytime today wow I didn’t know there was a law where the customer has to use specific words at the end of the day I’m frustrated I spent three hundred dollars for nothing she told I would be able to speak to her supervisor but after three minutes of waiting she hung up on me wow **** poor service for sure nice prices but not worth the hassle at the end of the day *

What happened: Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Immediately no one has time to be sitting around without purchased items that you paid twice on each item to be delivered within *days it’s been over a week ... My name is Duane Boyde I paid $** extra for *day delivery items never came on time * days later I find one of the items just laying outside on my porch when I checked my mail app it says they left item with person never happened in addition I’ve been called *x this week sitting on the phone or over a half hour each time which I screenshot and can prove still no response also only one item ever arrived which I paid $*** for I ordered a medium Burberry jacket and received a XXXL which I also have pictures of my order receipt showing I ordered a size medium and a picture of this huge extra extra extra large Burberry jacket complete waste of time and money and energy calling trying to recover my money that was taken***three minutes later just got a response back saying that I never stated how can it be fixed I’m quite sure I said in my complaint I was trying to get my money back how many games are you guys going to keep playing ???RefundBecause I paid my hard earned money to receive gimmicksCalled over six times nothing rectified
