So far all my purchases have been excellent!

Terrible terrible terrible. Run away from these scammers. Shipment delivered with out the item. I’ve been cooperating with customer service team. They have lied a few times. Not been responsive unless I email them a few times and still are “investigating.” Over 3 months has passed since the original order.

I am a cautious sceptic individual by nature.
Over a five year period purchased several watches form Jomashop Inexpensive to high price new previously owned also had a return watch with Jomashop.
Each transaction staff friendly helpful smooth transactions. I would not hesitate to purchase another watch from these folks.

I ordered Tissot watches from Jomashop, all of them arriaved with defective boxes, without documents - only 1 book, without warranty cards. For example I ordered 5 Tissot watches, 4 of them T Race and also one of them was USED, not NEW! Enjoy the pictures, I can`t reach them for support and explaination of them what is happening here, why I receive USED watch!?!!?!?!? I treat this as a SCAM website, attach pictures, be aware of this website!

I am buying watches from Jomashop from 2015 and since then I am very satisfied. Very competitive prices and excellent customer service. Will continue buying from them)

Ordered a watch I was told was in stock at another Jomashop warehouse. After many phone calls and getting hung up on once I was finally told they did not have the watch and were attempting to outsource it. Customer service reps were terrible. No communications, evasive, rude, go on offensive against customers with complaints. Unable to speak to higher ups in company. Customer service reps are there to shield higher ranking employees from the public for obvious reasons. I was able to cancel my order with out the problems others have written about. I was lucky. If Jomashop is the most reputable of the grey market watch dealers, I would hate to see what the others are like. Never again

If Joma can’t accept paypal payments then don’t allow paypal. What kind of company that can’t handle a $18000 payment??? Wasted my time and very unhelpful.

I've been ordering products from Jomashop for a few years. I'm always satisfied with the quality and timely delivery of their products. I've ordered watches, sunglasses and several high-end niche fragrances. I recently purchased a few bottles of Bond No9 fragrances at a Great price delivery was swift and the product was spectacular. I will continue to use the site for Fragrance and watch purchases.

I have order fragrance Nishane hacivat. The one that i bought in Neiman Marcus is lasting 24h, this new one from Jomashop last only 1h. This fragrance supposed to last very long.
I think they sent me fake fragrance. I woud like to return but can’t get anyone on the phone.

This was a gift for y boyfriend, after reading the reviews I decided to get this one, and it was a successful gift ! He is in love with the fragrance , it lasts long time and he doesn’t need to apply more than 2 splashes, the delivery was secure and fast . Super happy and satisfied with the purchase, when he need the refill I will definitely get it here again 😀

I place a watch order and when received the box was correct but the watch inside was not. Cynthia from customer service did a great job arranging the return and the replacement Watch delivered, she was able to update me along the way and it was a good experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Cynthia and the job she did for me.

So happy I found this site. No more paying full retail for my colognes. Great service and fast delivery.
